Please read these terms carefully before using Red Society.
By accessing or using Red Society (the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Red Society Events (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Red Society is a curated event access platform that connects vetted members with private, invitation-based events. The Platform enables members to discover events, submit applications for access, build a reputation through attendance and peer vouching, and connect with other approved members.
Red Society operates as a membership community. Access to individual events is determined by event promoters and organizers at their sole discretion. The Platform is a technological intermediary and does not itself organize or host events unless explicitly stated.
To use Red Society, you must create an account. You agree to:
(a) Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your profile information up to date at all times;
(b) Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials and not share your password with any third party;
(c) Accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not authorized by you;
(d) Notify us immediately at legal@redevents.app if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
Red Society allows members to apply for access to private events. Submission of an application does not guarantee admission. Event promoters and organizers retain full discretion over guest selection and may approve or decline any application without obligation to provide reasons.
Approved guests are expected to honor their confirmed attendance. Repeated no-shows may negatively impact your reputation score and future access on the Platform. Approval for one event does not imply or guarantee approval for any future events.
As a member of Red Society, you agree not to:
(a) Create a false identity, impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your identity or affiliation on your profile or in any application;
(b) Harass, threaten, intimidate, or engage in abusive behavior toward other members, organizers, or staff;
(c) Resell, transfer, or otherwise share event invitations, access codes, or approvals with any third party;
(d) Use the Platform for any commercial solicitation or promotional purposes without our prior written consent;
(e) Engage in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or interferes with the Platform or the experience of other members;
(f) Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Platform or its infrastructure.
All content, features, and functionality of the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software — are the exclusive property of Red Society Events or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any Platform content without our express prior written consent.
By uploading content to your profile (such as photographs), you grant Red Society a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and process such content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Platform.
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and sharing of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Red Society Events and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of reputation, or failure to gain access to any event.
The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. Your use of the Platform is at your sole risk.
In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, our liability shall be limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently delete your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms, conduct we deem harmful to the community, or inactivity.
You may delete your own account at any time from your Settings page. Upon deletion, your profile and associated data will be permanently removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution — shall continue to apply after termination.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, legal requirements, or Platform features. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify members by email.
Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Platform.
